Terms of Service

By accessing or using Agency Chat ("the Service"), operated by TekSpert Ltd (Company No. 16711813), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Agency Chat is a multi-tenant SaaS messaging platform for TikTok creator agencies. The Service allows agencies to onboard TikTok creators, manage team communications, and maintain audit trails. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Agency Owners are responsible for all activity within their agency.
• One TikTok account may only be linked to one agency at a time.

• Agency Chat offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
• All prices are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Billing is handled via Stripe. Invoices are generated monthly or annually depending on your plan.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• If payment fails, your agency enters a 7-day grace period before suspension.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other agencies.
• Upload malicious files or content that violates third-party rights.
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service.
• Share your login credentials with unauthorised individuals.

• You retain ownership of all content you upload or send through the Service.
• You grant TekSpert Ltd a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Agency owners and admins can access all messages within their agency for compliance and audit purposes.

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Agencies may be suspended by platform administrators for non-payment or policy violations.
• Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 14 days then permanently deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TekSpert Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
